My total experience has been a poor one

Yes, I had a very pleasant experience. She listened carefully and seemed to have answers, and I wanted to provide the care as quickly as we could. It's hard because of my back, and I have to use medical transport, but she did. She listened and she helped me, and I really liked her.

She was very attentive in letting me see the images of my spine, explaining all of my options, procedures, testing, changing test dates to try and get me results and the procedure done faster. I felt that she was absolutely amazing. Very, very, like I said, attentive in answering any question I had and also clearly explaining to me what my options was along with if there was any like small risk. I really am thankful that she was my provider yesterday.

All the people I dealt with were great. Made me feel comfortable and well cared for.
