Wonderful provider, very nice!

Misty Spradlin is phenomenal. I thank God for her. She's utmost caring, helpful, thoughtful, patient. She's just wonderful all the way around. I thank God for Misty Spradlin.

The doctor seemed to be fine, but I came there for pain management, which is supposed to be treated with medication, not with shots. I don't like shots. I paid $85, spent a two-hour trip there and a two-hour trip home, plus gas and time, to see a doctor that didn't do anything for me. I need medicated, not injected. That's not what I want. That's not what I needed. That's not what I came for. So I wasn't happy. Thank you.

When your appointment is at 10 o'clock, I think they should take you in instead of letting you sit in that room for 40 minutes. I didn't ever get to see no one. So I had a very bad experience. Thank you and have a nice day.

I absolutely fell in love with the NP! She explained what tests I needed and why. She asked questions I thought had nothing to do with my pain but later realized how relevant they were. She left no stone unturned, and for these reasons, I have complete confidence in her abilities and trust her judgment implicitly.
