Roger Klein, M.D.

Always friendly staff and Dr. Klein always remembers my initial complaints and keeps that in mind to assure we continue working towards the goals set in my treatment plan as well as adding new ones if or when needed. Would highly recommend Dr. Klein and the staff in general at the Prestonsburg office.

I was in and out of there really quickly. Then he took the time to explain things to me. I really enjoyed being his patient.

Getting prescriptions called in to my mail-in pharmacy is not working each time I visit I explain to them that my medication is to be sent to SavRx pharmacy in Nebraska which they agree to do but a week later I receive a paper copy at home I call the Dr and they repeat the process again with another paper prescription sent to my house in the mean time I have completely ran out of medicine this is unacceptable

I think Dr. Klein is the best. He is always, always tensive to my concerns, my questions, and what I need. I just love Dr. Klein. He's the best.
