I forgot to tell him I was squeezing from my COPG and I didn't get anything for it, so that was my fault. Thank you.

I was confused during our appointment and gave him the wrong information. When I got home, I realized it and called back in and left a message. Someone called me back from that office so that I could clarify and give the right information. So yes, this is an amazing doctor's office. Thank you and goodbye.

Someone from the staff was supposed to come in and take blood and bring a cup for urine sample. He said "wait right here" in the room. They left me there and everyone went home without me knowing. I waited and waited and finally a man (don't know who he was) heard me coughing still in the exam room And came in and ask if the dr ever saw me and I said yes I'm waiting for bloodwork and that's when he told me everyone had left for the day. I had waited 45-50 min for bloodwork.

Dr. Pangan was very kind and very thorough. I appreciate the appointment and will continue to see him.
