I want to address my wait time. Nothing reflecting on Sara Everman! I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early signed in. I was called into exam room at 2:00 my appointment time . I sat in Exam Room till 2:55. I was going to leave in 5 minutes because I felt 55 minutes was long enough to wait for scheduled appointment made 3 months earlier! Ms.Everman kept apologizing for the staff's performance. She explained the staff had taken in two patients early ahead of Me. This through off my appointed time. She s
