I'm terrible with names but the MA and Sarah were excellent, I felt very comfortable with them. They fostered a sense of trust and asked my permission before performing procedures. My cervical exam was comfortable and Sarah provided thorough explanations during the procedure.

Yes, it was my first time yesterday at this location, as far as I can remember. And Ms. Sandra, or Sandy, who checked me in and took my weight and went through every medication, she was very thorough. She came back and checked my blood pressure before I left just to make sure it had gone down. She was really exceptional, and I wanted to make sure that she got credit for that, because that's rare, and I appreciate that. And her name is Sandy. Thank you. God bless. Bye.
