Ms. Lucas has always been very nice and polite and she's always took time out and had a gentle approach and gentle touch with a patient and I find that extremely comforting, you know, and she explains all the diagnosis completely. She takes time out. She's not in a rush. She always seems to come in smiling and always you know, takes in consideration of your thoughts and your feelings and takes the time out to really listen to her patients and that and I appreciate that.
