I was very grateful that, even though Stephen Thomas, my provider, did not have any open appointments using the MyChart scheduler, his office was still able to give me a prompt appointment the same day just by me calling and requesting to see him as a sick patient. I really appreciate that because I was battling flu symptoms and didn't wish to see an urgent care.

Friendly and answered all questions. Thorough examination

This is the wife of the person that came to see Dr. Thomas. I just feel that he needs to spend more time with the patient. He said that we was taking too much time, but I feel that he needed to spend more time with my husband to explain things thoroughly to him because I don't think he explained things clearly. That's it.

He checked me over extremely well. He gave me great advice on how to handle my condition. I am now registered for physical therapy. He quickly checked over my medication situation and assured me that my meds would be sent to me in a timely manner. I am very appreciative of how I was treated.

Stephen always listens to whatever I'm dealing with, helps me find resolutions to my health problems and always answers any questions I may have. He is always kind and has a great sense of humor.
