Dr. Wheeler and the staff in that office are just really compassionate, kind, willing to work with you and they provide an excellent experience and I really appreciate them.

Dr. Wheeler listened to all my concerns, my problems. He's going to help me with a diet plan to get some weight off. He was very kind and understanding. He's just a really awesome person and I will come back to him again. Thank you.

Dr. Wheeler had some of the worst bedside manners I have ever experienced. Upon entering the room he asked me why I was there, no introduction, just stated, " Why are you here?" After I explained why I was there, he stated since I was not in pain that day (even though I explained it caused me pain intermittently) he stated there was no reason I needed surgery and there was nothing he could do for me unless I was in pain. Yes, I was really impressed with the help to find where I needed to go to talk to my Dr. Wheeler. I went into the emergency room and then they put me out there and then they brought me around the back way and got me up there, but a man took me there. I didn't even get to sit down to check in and she already called me back to do my blood pressure and my check in. So you've got a lot of things going t

He was very thorough, explained everything, most definitely one of the definitely best I've talked to.

The employees I encountered was on personal phones, not helping myself or other patients trying to navigate the mess of construction and when I did get someone's attention in several cases they were horribly rude. I did not like attitudes of the employees.

The provider was very dismissive. He spoke over me. He did not listen to me. He cut me off. He actually, after exiting the waiting room, not the waiting room, but the exam room, was in earshot of other patients, discussed my medical history. I was not appreciative of that. Within the exam room, he made some very questionable comments. I was not appreciative of that either. I will not see this provider ever again.
