    ONCE AGAIN, everything that happened once I got to the office was excellent as always, it's the asinine obstacle course you have to maneuver getting to the office that shows how little the planning for the "improvements" considered patients who are not marathon ready. My wife can not navigate this at all, and I am glad I'm healthy enough for myself and to get her where she needs to do. I mean have you tried to navigate someone in a wheelchair down the new atrium entrance???? or get confused as to
