    Everything about this appointment was great EXCEPT 2 things : the valet (non)service and the distance you have to walk now to get to the appointment. Once I had arrived at the office, it was all excellent. When you have a valet SERVICE, you shouldn't have to track down someone to check in or pick up your vehicle. Was standing there waiting, while 3 from valet service was standing talking. Finally someone else came to help me. This is an ongoing issue, and the rude attitude of these employees make for a bad

    Was seen in a timely matter close to my appointment. Didn't have to wait long for my exam.
