Wonderful people and the doctor explained everything and made sure we understood... They also gave us a number if we had any questions afterwards... we were worried about the treatment and medication cost and they stepped in and sent someone to help us with the cost without even asking...

It was very frustrating to schedule this very necessary appointment. It's as if there is only one person in the entire hospital capable of going over my medications. I could be there at 8 in the morning or 2:40 and only on certain days AFTER I picked up the medication from the pharmacy. It would be wonderful to have more flexibility. However, the person who told me about what to expect was very professional and knowledgeable. And I am thankful for her training and teaching. As an aside, before the education
