Dr. Nichols and his staff are the best in the business! Very professional, knowledgeable and super sweet. I recommend Dr. Nichols to everyone I know needing a chiropractor. Thankful to have him and his staff working to make my back feel better.

I was so thankful that they were able to get me in the next day because I was in so much pain. They didn't make me feel like a burden for asking for a next day appointment being a new patient and they were genuinely nice and welcoming. The doctor was very thorough and I did not feel rushed at all.

In my experience, Dr. Nichols and his staff are kind, courteous and caring. The only change I would like to see is to be able to communicate on My Chart because leaving and verbal messages, especially after hours, with the other Spine Center staff has repeatedly proven ineffective.
