Dr. Van Beneden was very friendly and what I admired most about him was that he took his time with my daughter and he didn't make me feel rushed like he had other patients to get to. He wanted to make sure that he spent enough time with us, make sure that we understood everything that he needed us to know and he was very friendly while doing that.

He did not have a satisfactory explanation for why the conditions I was experiencing were happening.

I've been a patient with Dr. Van Beneden for several years. He makes you feel like you're sitting down and talking to your best friend. He checks my ear, nose, and throat every time I go. Anything I'm having problems with, he helps me take care of those. I think he's one of the best physicians at Kingsdaughters. Thank you.

I had to pay a 35 co-pay again even though I had just seen him not too long ago. He was only in the room for probably five minutes. I didn't feel like I was being checked out or as thoroughly as I should have been. And I would like to work two or three minutes myself and get paid what he does.

I feel he was being a bit rushed, not totally involved in the discussion or fully understanding what I was saying/asking. It was my first visit and he did come highly recommended by a family member, but I had not much more information when I left as when I arrived. In his defense, he had been called to ER to cover for an emergency, and I saw him right after he returned. No return visit was requested (by doctor) and am unsure if he wants me to return.
