Yes, my experience over there with Dr. Underwood and his staff was excellent. His staff greeted me as soon as I walked in, and then his nurse took me back. I wasn't waiting very long, and then once I got back there, his nurse was very kind and very punctual with everything that she did. She was caring, and then when Dr. Underwood came in, he's like he always is. He's just kind and he's patient and he listens to what I have to say and explains things very thoroughly.
