Dr. Underwood is the best he takes time, explains everything and makes me feel like family. But best of all he is good at what he does.

Your receptionists there are very, very nice, and so are your nurses. But I saw this thing in the waiting room about saying something about your nurse. I think it starts at the nurse's state or at the reception desk. When you go in an office, they're the ones that make your office better and lighten up the air so it's easier to be there when you're anxious or anything. So I think they should get credit too for how good an office runs. And you do have very nice people at the front desk.

Dr. Underwood is a very compassionate doctor. He does listen to everything you have to say. He considers everything and he is a doctor that cares, not a doctor that rushes. So I recommend him highly.
