Heart Failure Support Group
King's Daughters Heart Failure Support Group meets from 6 to 7 p.m. on the second Thursday of every month in the lobby of King's Daughters Cardiology.
During group meetings, participants receive additional information and education on topics related to managing and living with heart failure; an opportunity to ask questions; and encouragement/support from others living with heart failure. Topics vary from month-to-month. Watch King's Daughters Facebook page for specifics about each meeting.
The support group is free and open to all with heart failure and interested family members.
