New MyChart

MyChart is getting a Big Blue upgrade! Coming June 27, 2026.

Manage your health — without the wait

Friday, July 10 update: Some patients have been seeing their medication list showing the same medications multiple times. This issue is being resolved as of Friday afternoon (July 10), and patient accounts should be showing medications appropriately within 24 to 48 hours. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone's patience.

We are happy to share that the integrated version of MyChart now is active!

UK HealthCare, UK King's Daughters and UK St. Claire are now using the same MyChart. All UK King's Daughters hospitals, and primary and specialty care locations—plus UK HealthCare in Lexington and UK St. Claire in Morehead—will have the vital information essential to providing you and your loved ones the very best care.

The consolidated University of Kentucky MyChart is a secure and easy-to-use online patient portal that allows you to manage your care and access your health information any time.

✔ Complete eCheck-In before appointments
✔ Message your care team
✔ Refill prescriptions
✔ View test results
✔ Schedule appointments
✔ Pay bills

The King's Daughters version of MyChart is now read-only (no new medical information will be added) as of Saturday, June 27. It will remain available for paying bills through October 2027.

Need refills? MyChart makes it easy!

MyChart makes managing your prescriptions easy. Request refills, see all your medications in one place, access medication info on the go and more. You must be logged in to the University of Kentucky MyChart to request prescription refills. This feature is not available in the former King's Daughters version.

Here are step-by-step instructions for how to request a refill using the University of Kentucky MyChart.

You can also call Family Pharmacy Ashland at 606-408-1245 or Family Pharmacy Paintsville 606-372-0265 to request a refill or ask questions about your medications.

Please note: Refill Pro is no longer available for prescription refills.

I have a question about my information.

For current UK King's Daughters patients, three years of clinical data is being migrated to the new MyChart. If you are interested in getting legacy information beyond three years, please contact our Health Information Management team. We can provide you with copies of your records via a PDF sent to your MyChart account, or via email or fax.

I need technical help.
