We offer financial counselors, easy to understand billing, financial assistance and other programs to make the entire process as simple as possible.

Making Care Affordable

Each year, King’s Daughters provides assistance to thousands of patients who are struggling financially to afford healthcare.

If you are unable to afford your care, please contact our Financial Counselors as soon as possible so that we can help you sign up for government programs that can help, identify resources to assist, walk you through setting up payment plans, or possibly reduce your financial obligation.

For those who qualify, we may be able to write off as much as 100 percent of your bill, based upon the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Poverty Guidelines.

To begin the process, please complete the Financial Assistance Application Form electronically on MyChart, printing the form via the link below or by calling (606) 408-4118.

Once completed, you may submit your application:

Electronically via MyChart
By dropping it off at the Cashier’s Office located in the main Registration Department on the first floor of the Medical Center
By mailing it to us in the envelope provided
Faxing it to us at (606) 408-6917
