The biggest issue I see with the new facility is it's very difficult to find your way through the building. You literally have to have someone lead you. There's something else I wanted to tell you. Oh, the phlebotomist. You need at least two people there just for the normal time that people coming in. If you've got extras coming in from the rest of the hospital, you're going to have to have three or four people in a lot bigger facility just to do the blood testing.

Yes, I didn't see a doctor. My appointment was at 10 o'clock. I didn't see a doctor until 11:30 and I didn't get out of there until 12 o'clock. So pretty long wait time. Thank you.

She was very nice, seemed to get through it very well, and I would go back to her again. Thank you.

Brittany Stewart was very nice and knowledgeable. She addressed all my concerns. I would highly recommend her.
