    I really like Brittany because she's really invested in what she tells us, but we sat in the office, not in the office room, in the room once we got back there and waited an hour before somebody came in.

    I like Brittany very well. She's very friendly, very professional. I accidentally pressed two on the second question and jumped the gun. All I heard was yes and clicked it. I didn't understand the scale, so I would have chosen a four on all of her acts. Anyway, thanks.

    I am very happy with my provider . Since UK has taken over , I can no longer afford to get my bloodwork done at the office . The changes for my quarterly bloodwork totaled around $1400, of which I owe about $280. I can get my bloodwork done , through Quest without insurance and just pay $115. KDMC will not get insurance $ or my money for bloodwork anymore.

    Too many people are being scheduled at the same time. I waited nearly two hours past my appointment time and had to cancel another appointment for that day. I cannot afford to let that happen again. From now on, if I am not seen in a timely manner, I will need to leave and reschedule. Possibly you can send a text to notify patients of how far behind our appointments will be. It seems that staff morale is very low, quite unlike the way it was just a year ago. Seems like this change has happened all of a sudd
