Professional, from the first contact to the lab technician to checking out. Friendly staff. Especially the lab technician who drew blood, I am a hard stick and she was able to draw blood in my arm first stick. No one had gotten blood from my arm in years. Usually in the back of my hands.

Dr. Borst is so good. He's a good guy. He knows my history and something about it. He's got an air fryer.

All the staff seemed to be really nice. They were very polite and listened. And the lady in the lab was very polite. She did a really good job. I thought they were all really nice. Thank you.
