at both King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, and King's
Daughters Medical Center Ohio, in Portsmouth.

Finding Your Way: KDMC Ashland
Main ORs - Ashland: Located on the fourth floor of the hospital, the Main ORs include 12 operating
suites, one lithotripsy room and one cystoscopy room. Patients undergoing
surgery in the Main OR are asked to report to the Lexington Avenue entrance.
Cardiovascular Operating Rooms: The CVORs are located on the fourth floor and include four suites dedicated
to heart and vascular procedures. The Hybrid OR allows specialists from
different disciplines to work together to care for thcomplex, high-risk
patients. Patients scheduled for procedures in the CVOR report to the
Heart and Vascular Center entrance, across from Central Park.
Outpatient Surgery Center - Ashland: The Outpatient Surgery Center specializes in caring for patients whose
procedures will allow them to return home the same day. It includes five
ORs rooms as well as a special procedures suite. The center is located
on the top floor of Medical Plaza A, 617 23rd St.
Finding Your Way: KDMC Ohio
KDMC-Ohio also provides dedicated rooms for lithotripsy and cystoscopy.
The facility is specially equipped for orthopaedic procedures, including
direct anterior approach hip replacement, allowing patients to recover
more quickly, with fewer restrictions and less discomfort. A hybrid operating
room facilitates specialist collaboration.
