Affiliations
The cancer program at King's Daughters is a member of the Markey Cancer
Research Network at the University of Kentucky. The newly launched initiative
conducts high-priority cancer research through a network of collaborative
centers with expertise in the delivery of cancer care and the conduct
of research studies.
As a result of the affiliation, thousands of patients across eastern Kentucky,
southern Ohio and West Virginia have access to close-to-home innovative
clinical research in the treatment and epidemiology of cancer and research
aimed at prevention and early detection of cancer.
